Weibang Virtue 53cm Mulch Plug (ASD Models Only) Increase the durability of your Weibang Virtue 53 ASD or Virtue 53 ASD BBC by using this mulch plug. By simply inserting the mulching plug into the discard chute preventing the grass clippings, the cuttings are retained in the mower deck and when they are finely cut, they are dropped onto the ground acting as a natural lawn fertiliser. To further increase the mulching performance of your Weibang Virtue 53 ASD lawnmower, we recommend fitting the 53cm mulching blade (Note: Mulching Blade not compatible with Virtue 53 ASD BBC).

Mulching is the process where the grass is cut, then recut within the deck into very small pieces which fall back into the lawn and act as a natural fertiliser. When done correctly, you will never see the grass that is dropped back into the lawn, just a healthy smooth green lawn.
