|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Order and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Visa Electron and Solo cards through a secure server using 128-bit encryption. If you would prefer to pay by phone, please call 0113 8874271
We also accept payment by cheque. All cheques should be made out to "Click4Mowers". You should allow 10 working days for cheques to clear, after which the goods will be dispatched (subject to stock availability).
You have the right to cancel any order. The Cancellation Period begins from the day on which the contract for the supply of goods is concluded (i.e. the day of purchase). The Cancellation Period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Goods must be returned in an unused state, and in their original packaging. The consumer is liable to pay for the cost of returning the goods to ourselves. We will return your money within 30 days of notice of cancellation (i.e. 30 days from the date the invoice was posted or given). This does not affect your statuory rights as a consumer.
Cancellation by us
1 We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
1.1 we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
1.2 we do not deliver to your area; or
1.3 one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
1.4 If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
|Shipping And Handling Shipping and Handling are included in the price shown unless otherwise stated in the product description. Goods should be inspected before they are signed for. Goods should be REFUSED if they are obviously seriously damaged in transit. You must notify us via email within 24 hours if your goods are subsequently found to be damaged.

To purchase from us you must be over 18.
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have taken full payment and verbally confirmed acceptance of your order. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the goods ordered.

Allow ten working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.
Most items are kept in stock, and therefore we aim to deliver your order right away. You should normally expect to receive your order well within 5 business days ( Normally Next Day) - however it may take longer if items are out of stock. We will keep you informed of any delays.

|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted with 128 bit encryption using the WorldPay secure payment web site. They are only decrypted after they reach our system. They are not held in clear text on any web site. WorldPay provides us with the shopping basket facility and links to a secure payment service provider.

|Guarantee All products come with manufacturers warranty of between 1 and 5 years subject to domestic use. For commercial warranty conditions please call 0113 2583020 for more specific details. Unless otherwise stated domestic lawnmowers used for commercial use will only carry a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated.
In the unlikely event that your purchase develops a fault within the warranty period, Click4Mowers will refer you to your local dealership where the product will be examined by their qualified technicians and repaired as per the warranty details. This does not affect your statuory rights as a consumer. Collection/delivery charges may be incurred.
Click4Mowers will not be liable for any additional costs incurred whilst goods are away for warranty repairs - this includes rental or hire charges for equipment from a third party.

|Returns Policy RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, you should contact us via email in the first instance. The email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org - we will achknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and at this stage advise you on how long it will take to resolve the complaint. We will keep you informed throughout the process. This does not affect your statuory rights as a consumer.
In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations, any product may be returned for whatever reason providing we receive written confirmation of your desire to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Please either write to Click4Mowers.co.uk, Woodside trad Est, 255 Low Lane, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 5NY or email email@example.com. The cost of return will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or was received in error. In the event that the product has been used and has been returned as unwanted during this period, any benefit gained from use beyond normal examination will be taken into consideration when deciding on the amount to be refunded as will any damage from use, cosmetic or otherwise, to the machine. Returned items should be made available for collection by our shipping company. We would request that returned products are sent back in their original packaging. In the event that this is not done, and we are required to use a more expensive means of collection or packaging service, any excess charges we face will be passed onto the customer. We will issue any refunds as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after cancellation. The customer is responsible for the condition and safekeeping of all goods until collected by us, or, if the customer returns the item to us by their own chosen means, until it reaches us.
Disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Under new government regulations issued in January 2007 we are all obliged and must play our part to ensure that the amount of waste on certain electrical and electronic equipment is reduced going forward. Furthermore where it is produced as waste we must work together to ensure that it is separated from household waste, collected separately and ultimately disposed of in a sound environmental manner (recycled and recovered).
In essence some of the chemicals and metals in these electrical items can be harmful to the soil and human health when disposed of in landfill sites. By adopting the new regulations and working together we can all reduce the amount of landfill and resulting contamination.
For your part as the customer you are encouraged to examine your electrical waste before throwing it away and in particular look for the rating plate and if the following logo is present you must not throw it in your household waste.
Please take this waste to your nearest Designated Collection Facility (DCF) where special facilities exist for correct disposal. To find your nearest DCF please visit the following web site:www.recycle-more.co.uk.
Type in your post code and the locations of the nearest DCFs will be displayed. Or alternatively contact Click4Mowers on 0113 2583020 and the Customer Service Agent can provide this for you.
For our part Click4Mowers is making financial contribution towards the running of these facilities and the onward recycling of this waste.
